Inclusion Criteria:
- Clinical diagnosis of acute aortic dissection
- Type A dissection
- Type B dissection
- Retrograde type B dissection
Exclusion Criteria:
- Aortic aneurysm
- Myocardial infarction
- Cerebral accident
- Active infection
- Unwillingness to cooperation with study procedures or follow-up visits
