Active Comparator: THRIVE with nasopharyngeal airway
Transnasal humidified rapid-insufflation ventilatory exchange (THRIVE) during induction with nasopharyngeal airway.
Device: Nasopharyngeal airway
THRIVE with a regular nasopharyngeal airway.
