Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients in isolated acute ankle sprains in emergency department.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Under 18 years
- Pregnancy
- Fracture
- 48 hours after injury
- Chronic ankle instability
- Nurologic deficit in lower extremity
- Multipl trauma patients
- Ankle, pelvis or knee surgery history
