  1. Acceptance and Action Questionnaire [ Time Frame: 4 weeks ]
  2. Experience Questionnaire [ Time Frame: 4 weeks ]
  3. Dutch Workaholism Scale [ Time Frame: 4 weeks ]
  4. Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale [ Time Frame: 4 weeks ]

Inclusion Criteria:

  • resident or staff anesthetist
  • since more than 6 months working for the same institution

Exclusion Criteria:

  • no informed-consent
