Measure Description Response is measured from the time measurement criteria are first met for complete response (CR) or partial response (PR) (whichever is first) until the first date that recurrent disease is objectively documented. Complete response is the disappearance of all target lesions. Partial response is at least a 30% decrease in the sum of the longest diameter (LD) of target lesions taking as reference the baseline sum LD.
